This gorgeous little cabin sits on 40 acres of rolling hills and big trees. The fifth wheel serves as a guest house and plenty of room in the storage shed for toys!!! All the buildings have a nice sand stone walkway joining them. The 3500 watt propane Onan generator will produce more than enough power for anything you need. The cabin has an incinerator toilet, hot water tank and pressure pump. There is a 1500 gallon water storage tank on site. The views from this cabin are spectacular! and the south property line borders state BLM land which is being groomed for antelope habitat. The main road in is maintained by Sierra Verde Ranch by being a member you also have access to the community well.
