A long, private ridge top drive ends on an Ozark mountain peak. There is a good population of large and small game and incredible fishing nearby in the White river for record trout and in both Bull Shoals Lake and the Buffalo River for other species. Sustainability is a word that takes on different meanings for different people, but I think many would agree that this property offers freedom from a reliance on others. There is a very good SPRING located on this property that could serve as a water source for both humans and livestock. Throw an impoundment dam down below the spring and catch the oxygenated water and you will have fish pond that will provide a dense nutrient source.  Wall up one of the small CAVES and you will have a climate-controlled storage for aging cheese or wine.
