Throw a few logs in the heater, and the house is warm for a full 24-hour period. The builder installed a 1,000-gallon cistern to store grey water from showers and laundry to irrigate the trees and landscaping around the house. Electrical power is provided by the grid, but there’s also a concrete pad to set up a generator, and solar could be easily installed. Cell service is EXCELLENT, with a 4G Verizon tower in close proximity to the home. Internet is available either through satellite dish or the cellular tower.
