Access:  This property is accessed by turning South off US Hwy 63 onto a US Forest Service Road for approximately ¼ mile.

Land:  There are 35.76 acres (m/l) of land according to the LeFlore County Assessor’s records.  The land is flat to gently sloping with two seasonal mountain streams flowing through the property along the North and East sides.  The property is completely covered with a very nice mature stand of hardwood timber being primarily a diverse variety of oak trees. The West property boundary has frontage to the 1.5 million Ouachita National Forest. There are several flat and elevated building spots that would be ideal for construction of a mountain home or cabin.
