Agent’s Comments This is the ideal setting for a relaxing and peaceful weekend getaway from city life or even a full time residence.  No traffic, no hurrying, just simple life away from the hectic city.  This is a very unique property that provides access to both the Upper Kiamichi Wilderness Area and the Ouachita National Forest Recreational Area.  In my opinion, this property can be classified as true “Investment Grade Recreational Property”.  A very private, secluded and peaceful setting.  If desired, this property could be easily used as a weekend rental cabin to provide the new owner with a great secondary source of income.
