Access:  The property can be accessed by turning North off a county-maintained road (Highbridge) and then traveling North approximately 4.5 miles on a gravel natural gas lease road.  There are two locked gates as you turn north off Highbridge Road.  One gate is about 1 mile after you turn off Highbrige Road and the other gate is about 2 miles after you turn off Highbridge Road.  Also, there is a 3rd locked entrance gate just as you reach the West property line.    

Water:  There is a year-round creek that flows through the property.  Also, there are 5 ponds that serve as a year-round source of water for wildlife.

Cabin:  There is a 20 foot wide x 24 foot long cabin located on the North side of the property.  This cabin has a concrete slab foundation and 2 x 4 stud walls with composite shingle roof.  The cabin is wired for a generator and has a stove pipe through the roof which would make it easy to install a wood burning stove.
